Deep Tissue massage uses firm pressure and is most effective in treating pain and injury.

Lymphatic Drainage massage uses very light pressure and gentle, rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of lymph and reduce toxins in your body. Ideal for those who suffer water retention, (oedema), frequent infection, post operative or those with limited mobility.
During massage, stroking or kneading will be applied with some pressure, to the area of the body being worked on using hands, fingers, thumbs and forearms.
For full body massage and shoulder and back massage, clients will be treated on a comfortable massage bed, while those choosing a feet, hand, just shoulder or facial massage may choose to be treated while lying reclined on the massage bed or sitting in a chair.
While a full body and back massage does involve removal of clothing down to underwear, your dignity will alway be observed.
